The Uniform Patrol Division is the backbone of this Office. Without these men, the duties and responsibilities of the Office of the Sheriff could not be fulfilled. The Uniform Patrol Division is the most visible arm of the Sheriff’s Office. These are the men that patrol the community and are the primary responders to call for service. In addition to answering call for service, the Uniform Patrol Division is responsible for serving civil and criminal papers, providing security for community events, providing escorts for funerals, assisting neighboring agencies, and providing security for court. The Uniform Patrol Division is an integral part of the success of this office.
